4. AI identification

Cigar identification and tasting attributes are generated with automated AI vision and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are provided for personal, informational use only and are not professional, medical, or purchasing advice. Always verify details independently before relying on them.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without permission.
• Do not upload malware or content that violates the rights of others.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of AI-generated results. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Estelia & Ash Co will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
